We are delighted to announce our partnership with a leading global law firm, we are searching for outstanding individuals for this role, based in their London office. The Operations function supports over 5,000 employees across diverse regions, including the US, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. The team manages office premises, general services, equipment, document services, translations, security, travel, business continuity, and environmental sustainability.

As the Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will be at the forefront of security strategies. You will develop and implement robust security measures, ensuring the safety and security of global operations. This role demands collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure environment for staff and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Security Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and standardize security policies and procedures across all offices.
  • Provide guidance and training to Office Managers on best security practices.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Business Continuity and Incident Response:

  • Plan and lead business continuity initiatives and security training programs.
  • Establish and manage incident response protocols, ensuring quick and effective resolution of security incidents.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party security providers to enhance office and personnel security.

Vendor and System Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and operation of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and emergency alerting systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the highest standards of security services.

 Security Intelligence and Travel Safety:

  • Monitor global security threats and provide actionable intelligence to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the travel tracking system to ensure the safety of employees traveling to high-risk locations.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in corporate security, including physical and electronic security systems.
  • Expertise in business continuity planning and security threat assessment.
  • Proven track record in managing security incidents and developing effective response strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in vendor management and delivering security solutions through outsourced providers.
  • Proficiency in security intelligence tools and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
