Job Description
Our client, a globally recognised brand, is in search of a Corporate Security Manager to oversee physical infrastructure and holistic corporate security measures. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in overall physical security protocols. While the focus leans towards domestic locations, the role may involve occasional oversight of broader international operations.
This is a hybrid role, with three days expected in the office. Occasional UK travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage manned guarding operations to ensure the security and safety of company premises, assets, and personnel at both office locations.
- Implement and maintain effective asset management protocols to safeguard company assets and inventory, including regular audits and inventory tracking procedures.
- Oversee access control systems and protocols, including the administration of access permissions, monitoring access logs, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Manage CCTV surveillance systems to monitor and enhance security measures, investigate incidents, and deter unauthorized activities
- Work closely with Facilities and Logistics teams to integrate security measures seamlessly into overall operational processes and facility management.
- Provide oversight and management of the new Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) being established, ensuring effective monitoring, communication, and response to security incidents.
Candidate profile
- Candidates should have prior physical security management experience, ideally within a corporate environment.
- This is a dynamic organisation, so adaptability and the ability to think on your feet are vital.
- Prior involvement with event security may be advantageous.
- Relevant security focused education would be advantageous
