We are working with an award-winning multi-national hospitality chain, known for their luxury service and wonderful aesthetics in some of the most quintessentially iconic locations. The business is currently in a growth stage, recently opening new locations and developing areas of head office. They are now looking for a Security (Compliance and Risk) Manager to join their UK team, reporting into the Director of Operations.

With extraordinary service and people at the core of what they do, this client is looking for a proactive candidate that is eager to take on responsibility and work closely with all levels of the business.

As a Security manager you be expected to ensure the safety and security of all People, Assets and information across the multiple sites within your remit. You’ll be working with various stakeholders from different business units, to ensure that they fall into compliance with the company’s GSS; conducting risk assessments, conducting internal audits and facilitating training across all levels of the business etc. They adhere to several ISO standards so are looking for someone who has ideally worked in a similar environment and is comfortable with regulations around GDPR and DPA. Essentially this role will be a mixed responsibility of a DPO and a Security Compliance manager.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in Security management.
  • Experience in conducting compliance audits, assessing risks to information and physical assets, and implementing strategies in line with company protocols.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, and standards such as GDPR, DPA and ISO (27001 etc.).
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
