Security Manager, Türkiye

Continuing the consumer goods theme this year, we are looking for a Security Manager to take responsibility for the coordination of the ‘day to day’ security operational activities and services across Türkiye, for a genuinely global leader.

Responsibilities include –

• Implement/supervise the security function’s strategy, objectives, plans and budget execution. Supervise core security activities and ensure that they are aligned with the business requirements. Ensure the execution complies with Company’s and security regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement and monitor the security management system and programs, and strive for improvements to protect people, business, assets and reputation based on company Principles and perform/support local security risk assessments and execution.
• Contribute to the production and the maintenance of local security guidelines, procedures and emergency response plans. Supervise their implementation and oversight.
• Respond to and report security incidents as per the program requirements. Support the root cause analysis and security related investigations, and the corrective action plan implementation.
• Deliver/supervise all security training programs. Produce and keep up-to-date training records in line with company policy.
• Gather, process and consolidate all security data including incident reports, KPIs, audit reports, budget expenditures.
• Develop, implement and test emergency response protocols in order to protect people, business, assets and reputation from natural and man-made disasters.
• Oversee local third-party service providers in conjunction with procurement and local security management. Ensure third party service provider’s performance consistently meet requirements and standards, by developing a comprehensive KPI measurement and monitoring system, regular performance review, and effective reward/penalty mechanism, while at the same time maintaining effective coordination and service deliveries.
