Our client is an international industry leading logistics specialist, who are focused on the delivery of world class security standards relocating critical infrastructure for a range of clients. They are now looking for a Senior Security Leader to support the needs of the business as they continue to grow. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a part of a small leadership team, working closely with internal teams in order to continuously improve the security operating procedures and stance of the company. You will also investigate security incidents, ensure compliance against industry leading standards and secure their valued customers interests across the supply chain. This means that you will be working closely with customers at all stages of projects; conducting risk assessments and audits on site, implementing effective solutions transporting high value items, advising on best security practices and collaborating with external agencies.

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining and improving security standards and protocols, develop new operational guidelines to be adopted by the company.
  • Collaborate with different business units to ensure best practices and TAPA standards are adhered to.
  • Build great working relationships with vendors and external agencies, to ensure safe transport of assets.
  • Act as project manager, collating requirements, define workflow and manage client expectations.
  • Support in the personal and professional development of other members of the team.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics Security management.
  • Experience with TAPA or other similar certifications is advantageous.
  • Great communication skills, able to convey messages tactfully to end clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Working experience in Mainland Europe is advantageous.
