As a Security Manager you will be managing, organising and overseeing all related Security activities, acting as the key contact and counsellor to teams, managing security issues for commercial, manufacturing, and other business units.

Responsibilities:
. You will plan, implement, drive and follow-up security programs’ requirements, mitigating all security risks for their people and reputation
. Ensure that all risks mitigation plans and emergency response procedures are implemented, trained and kept up-dated, in compliance with relevant Company principles and local legislations, standards, procedures and guidelines
· Leading the local Security in accordance with corporate strategy
· Managing the local Security, ensuring they have received sufficient training to perform their job
· Evaluate emerging business and operational models for potential Security risk exposure and gaps; highlighting exposures with management and stakeholders
· Identify and solve Security issues, maintaining situational awareness of the country, including external and internal risk exposure
· Maintaining excellent communication and regular liaison with stakeholders and functional peers to align Security strategies and service levels with strategy and objectives
· Performing functional security risk assessments and reviews; identifying and addressing risks and non-conformities and reporting Security incidents
· Conduct root cause analyses and security investigations and implement corrective action measures
· Conduct yearly health checks, ensuring local business is fully compliant with Security regulatory requirements, protective measures, contingency plans and emergency response procedures
· Plan, organize and deliver security training programs to all local staff, building a robust and sustainable Security culture
· Provide expert support to local management on tactical and practical emergency response management, whilst communicating with employees, including security briefs, alerts and instructions
· Introduce and keep up-to-date training records applicable to OHS legislation
· Keeping accurate and up to date Security-related incident and events reporting requirements
. Reviewing related metrics and KPI, providing focused and detailed reports; monitor atmospherics and escalate trends and critical issues
· Develop, implement and manage test emergency response protocols in order to protect people, business, assets and reputation from natural and man-made disasters
. Manage security & incident investigation, analysis and reporting to identify patterns and causes which will provide guidance and recommendations to prevent re-occurrence
. Mobilize as a part of a security response team to incidents and events
· Help to select, appoint, manage and oversee local third-party service providers, ensuring third party service provider’s performance consistently meet all standards

Requirements:
• Completed bachelor’s degree with relevant postgraduate Professional Certifications and/or Occupational Training
• Experience in a corporate environment in a Cluster/sub-regional security manager role or equivalent
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and security audits, knowledge of supply chain security standards (e.g., TAPA, C-TPAT), OHS training or certifications (such as NIOSH or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in specialist security systems as well as hands-on experience dealing with national and international security issues.
• A highly motivated self-starter, using your initiative to complete security related tasks, training, budgets and travel management
• Proficiency in English
• Must be willing to travel throughout the region and occasionally outside (up to 40% travel)
• Ability to manage and implement standard methodologies for crisis management and emergency response
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, high personal and professional integrity
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a complex environment
• Excellent communications skills, ability to build strong networks
• Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data
• Capable of coordinating budget planning and forecasting, leading risk, threat, and intelligence programs
