As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a central role in the future success of the enteles Search brand. We are looking for an early/mid-career 360 recruiter, with a track record in business development and strong customer-care skills, to help us grow both in the UK and internationally. We have a great reputation, so you’ll be well supported by the successes we’ve had to-date and the networks and contacts of the enteles Partners and team.

There is an expectation to be in our office in Shoreditch on a Wednesday.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Actively developing new business and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Continually seeking and identifying areas for business growth.
  • Generating new business by networking, promoting the brand, gathering market information and making business development calls.
  • Working closely with our Marketing Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies to support your business development plans.
  • Represent the brand at relevant conferences.
  • Work with the company’s proven processes, structure and methodology whilst profiling candidates, clients, vacancies and opportunities.
  • Uphold the company’s values and service to all external customers and contacts always.
  • Identify addition team member(s) that will add value to the team
  • Mentoring/Coaching junior members of the team as the company grows
  • Assisting junior members of the team with CV marketing strategy and implementation
  • Work with Executive Assistant virtually
