Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the resilience of the business operations by actively participating in the development of emergency and crisis plans for sites within your designated area.
  • Contribute to the pinpointing of vulnerabilities, including those related to loss, associate experience, and process enhancement.
  • Formulate appropriate mitigating actions while upholding compliance with both legal and ethical standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and facilitate the coordination of measures to handle risks with local management and external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and industry associations, addressing all security-related matters.
  • Verify the adherence of your assigned sites to global security standards, ensuring robust compliance with the established guidelines.
  • Take ownership of Security and Loss Prevention projects at the local, regional, and country levels, overseeing their successful implementation and execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in security- or risk-related domains, such as security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventory management, investigations, supply chain, auditing, compliance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal German.
  • Upper intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree, equivalent advanced certification, or relevant industry certification is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in physical security systems, investigation techniques, and/or overseeing contract security officers.

  • Experience in data analysis is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
