Job Description
Our client is a multinational, global manufacturing conglomerate and they are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled individual to take on the role of an Executive Driver and Transportation Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our client’s Chairman, CEO, C-Suite executives, and distinguished guests. This role not only demands outstanding driving proficiency but also calls for meticulous planning, professionalism, and the ability to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the vehicle safely and provide a high-quality driving service to Chairman, the CEO (C-Suite), eligible employees, special guests, and visitors. Including availability during evenings and weekends.
- Dispatch requested transfers fairly and plan the transfers by researching and selecting appropriate routes, as well as monitor traffic and weather conditions to bring passengers to destination safely, efficiently and on time.
- Assume responsibility for care and maintenance of limousines; wash exterior and clean interior; take it to garage for maintenance and repairs to offer the best conditions to clients.
- Participate in the organization of the ground transportation before events with our client’s representatives and the Limousine service provider.
- Lead the external limousine service supplier to make sure delivered service meet our client’s expectations/requirements. Conduct governance meetings, contract management and KPI’s, including monthly billing.
- Manage the ground transportation bookings for day-to-day to ensure a high level of professionalism and constant quality of service and reactiveness to changing schedules to guaranty uninterrupted limousine services.
- Handle transfers during offsite events with accurate coordination between the service provider and our client’s representatives to ensure timely rides between various “event” locations.
- Manage 24/7 solution on-call assistance to handle any change of booking ride to guaranty uninterrupted limousine services.
- Lead, manage, coach, motivate and give guidance to third party subordinates during Business Events. Management and coordination of drivers during business events.
- Act as backup for Transportation team.
- Manage incoming mail.
- Manage routes, mapping, journey management and travel contingences.
- Act as product owner for volumes, satisfaction, and quality compliance dashboard. Take necessary actions to achieve targets and solve any deviation.
- Ensure that any feedback/complaint from customer is correctly channelled, according to quality framework, consolidation of quality controls.
Requirements:
- A Commercial Diploma or CFC.
- A clean driving license.
- Fluency in both oral and written French and English
- Good behaviour, excellent manners, and a positive “can do” attitude. Excellent hospitality service abilities.
- A clean criminal record, solid references, and a good standing.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding conversations and information.
- Experience in senior customer and executive service.
- Competency in using MS Office and fleet management tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferably, personal protection certification.
- An asset: certification in safe and secure driving, including defence driving experience.
