Country Security Manager, Ukraine

We are seeking a Country Security Manager for a leading construction supplies company with a strong global presence. Reporting to the Head of Legal, Compliance and Security, the role covers the security activities at the country level for all entities in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive security framework to suit the operational environment.
• Continuously improve processes and technology to support the security framework.
• Actively manage security contractors, ensuring strict adherence to established security protocols.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises, identify successful practices, and communicate them internally, eventually incorporating them into the security framework.
• Constantly identify, assess, and manage security risks.

Job Requirements:

• Previous relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a large corporation environment.
• Proven expertise and ability in managing teams and contractors remotely.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders, gaining trust and support, and engaging with other functions to ensure that security creates value for the business.
• Experience in security services contract management.
• High level of integrity, resilience, excellent intuition, and strong attention to detail.
• High level of attention and concentration, multitasking ability.
• Experience in developing and implementing security processes.
• Good knowledge of IT tools and security technology.
• Business security certifications/training will be an advantage.
• Drive for results – business objectives oriented.
• Advanced English language knowledge.
