We are proud to be partnering with a Global manufacturer with a portfolio of brands and products that contribute towards making them one of the largest in their market. The diversity of their portfolio brings a lot of interesting challenges to their Global Security Team. They have over 100,000 employees and a well structured, diverse team.
Their global security team is expanding, and this role will be crucial to safeguarding their South East Asian portfolio. As the Regional Security Manager, you will leverage expertise across multiple areas of corporate security, including investigations, intelligence risk assessments, physical security, project management etc.
You’ll join a team of experienced leaders, that you will have the opportunity to learn from and develop yourself into a well rounded security professional.
Main duties:
- Act in the company’s best interest, securing people, assets and information across the region. Collaborate with colleagues from other regions and departments, advising on best practices and approaches.
- Ensure the adoption and compliance with internal security standards, by all business units.
- Develop and improve upon existing security policies and programmes.
- Keep up to date with security trends and threats, monitoring risks to the business by using third party and internal intelligence sources.
- Manage corporate relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
- Investigate any security incidents across the region, collaborating with various business units and departments, to ensure the mitigation of loss, fraud or damages.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a Corporate Security/ Loss prevention function.
- Effective communicator, able to build relationships and influence decision making with all levels of the business.
- Experience developing and improving Security operating procedures.
- Good understanding of Geopolitical risks around the region.
- Able to operate in a dynamic environment, reacting quickly to incidents with appropriate actions.
- Speak English and another regional language fluently.
- Military, Intelligence services or Law enforcement experience is nice to have but not required.
