Principal, Security Consulting

We are partnered with a prominent global consulting firm specialising in risk management, who are recruiting an experienced individual to join their Middle East leadership team.

This role is both pivotal and highly visible, requiring a blend of commercial acumen and strategic insight, with the successful candidate driving the growth of the firm’s risk consulting practice in the region. Responsibilities include leading complex risk consulting projects and playing a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint in the Middle East.

Candidates should have a strong background in leading and managing high-profile projects, including bidding, winning, delivering, and project managing engagements across the Middle East. The position emphasises business development and leadership in managing complex client consulting tasks, from initial scoping through to delivery and project completion.

Ideal candidates will bring a solid track record in commercial leadership within a comparable organisation, with a focus on risk consulting. Leading an experienced team, strong leadership skills are essential, along with a passion for fostering talent and building consensus within the organisation. Experience in the Middle East is essential.
