We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Investigations to lead our clients global investigations team. This role is crucial in protecting their operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards across diverse and complex markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Leadership: Lead the global investigations capability, setting strategic direction and evolving policies, frameworks, and standards to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigations Management: Oversee the conduct of complex and sensitive investigations, ensuring they are managed efficiently, cost-effectively, and with the highest standards of integrity.
  • Capability Building: Provide training, tools, and support to a global network of qualified investigators, driving continuous improvement and ensuring best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal functions including Business Integrity, Legal, Global Audit, and Risk, to manage investigations effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Deep experience in leading investigations in a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in conducting complex investigations, with strong knowledge of e-discovery tools and relevant technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, with experience working across cultures in complex markets.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical values.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
