We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised intelligence consultancy who are looking for a Case Manager to join their dynamic and rapidly growing team of analysts in carrying out a comprehensive and exciting remit for clientele in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complex citizenship and visa cases, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of cases.


  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized service plans for clients from the MENA region
  • Manage a caseload of citizenship and visa cases in the MENA region, ensuring that cases are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information, documents, and evidence to support cases
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks to the appropriate teams and stakeholders, and propose solutions to mitigate them
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and data, and prepare regular reports on case status and outcomes
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire case management process


  • Strong understanding of citizenship and visa regulations and policies in the MENA region, and experience working with government agencies and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrable understanding of commercial dynamics within the MENA region
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal English ability, Arabic/Farsi is strongly preferred
