Business Continuity Specialist.

We are working with a multinational financial services company, who are looking to recruit several new Business Continuity Specialists to join their team – both in a permanent and contract capacity.

Here you will play a key role in implementing the Business Continuity programme across the business and engage in a range of activities that are aimed at building their operational resilience. You will join a global team of Business Continuity professionals predominantly located in Denmark and Lithuania and whilst being based in either of these countries would be great and relocation would be offered, they would consider outstanding candidates being based in most European countries.

Prospective candidates will have experience in the fields of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, Resilience or Process Management, Implementation, Transformation, preferably gained in the financial or banking sectors. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and communicate with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation. Possessing an analytical mindset and structured way of working, you will have the ability to translate complex matters into a practical and simple-to-understand message and present it to diverse audiences.

You will be responsible for –

• Leading the Business Continuity programme implementation in different parts of the organization
• Collaborating and coordinating Business Continuity related work, with an extensive network of stakeholders
• Developing, maintaining and managing business continuity processes and procedures
• Assisting business in reporting, analysis, and assessment of BC programme status
• Performing and solving day-to-day BC tasks
• Contributing with ideas to improve BC and Operational Resilience Frameworks
